Frontend Framework Specialist
You will evaluate, configure, and standardize frontend frameworks and build architectures to ensure scalable client software delivery.
What you'll work with.
As a Senior Frontend Framework Specialist at TheWebVale, you will establish technical standards, build tool configurations, and architecture patterns for all client web platforms. You will guide technology choices across React, Next.js, and modern build runners for our studio. You will mentor engineering teammates, review foundational PRs, and work directly with the founder to scope complex client technical proposals. Operating in fast-paced two-to-three week release cycles, you will ensure technical rigor and reliability.

Define studio-wide architecture patterns for frontend single-page and server-rendered apps.
Configure modern build systems and bundlers using Vite, Turbopack, and esbuild.
Maintain internal monorepo setups, shared configs, and linting rules with Turborepo.
Evaluate emerging web technologies, libraries, and runtime frameworks for client utility.
Lead technical architecture reviews for complex client software and ERP initiatives.
Coach junior and mid-level developers through pairing, code reviews, and tech workshops.

Hold 5+ years of professional web engineering experience with framework specialization.
Demonstrate deep mastery of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and server-rendered architectures.
Show extensive experience configuring build pipelines, bundlers, and compilation targets.
Understand monorepo tooling, dependency resolution, and workspace management.
Possess a proven record of establishing technical standards and architectural patterns.
Communicate complex technical trade-offs constructively to technical and executive audiences.
