Prototype Designer
You will build interactive, realistic software prototypes to validate user flows, edge cases, and animations before code implementation.
What you'll work with.
As a Prototype Designer at TheWebVale, you will build interactive prototypes that test and validate complex software ideas before development begins. You will construct realistic simulations for healthcare workflows, school portals, and client booking systems. You will collaborate with product designers, frontend engineers, and clients in our fast-moving two-to-three week cycles. You will identify interaction flaws early, refine screen transitions, and provide engineers with living references of intended behavior.
Your day to day.

Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma, ProtoPie, or web sandboxes.
Simulate complex form inputs, conditional logic, and realistic data validation states.
Choreograph state transitions, micro-interactions, and modal dialog animations.
Facilitate prototype walkthroughs with client stakeholders to gather feedback early.
Stress-test proposed user flows with edge cases, error states, and long text strings.
Provide developers with documented interaction recordings and timing guidelines.
What we look for.

Hold 2–4 years of experience in product design with a strong focus on prototyping.
Demonstrate expert mastery of prototyping in Figma, including variables and component logic.
Show practical experience with advanced prototyping tools like ProtoPie or Framer.
Understand UI motion timing, state transitions, and responsive layout scaling.
Possess a portfolio showcasing realistic, interactive digital prototypes.
Communicate interaction mechanics clearly and collaborate with developers on feasibility.
