You will architect scalable frontend applications, mentor engineers, and establish technical standards across our diverse client portfolio.
What you'll work with.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer at TheWebVale, you will lead the client-side architecture for enterprise portals, healthcare dashboards, and SaaS applications. You will make key structural decisions that ensure our software is fast, accessible, and maintainable over years. You will work closely with our founder, client technical leaders, and junior developers in disciplined two-to-three week release iterations. You will mentor colleagues, champion code quality, and ensure clients own clean, production-hardened repositories.

Architect client-side web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Establish studio frontend conventions, linting standards, and review guidelines.
Lead technical scoping and architectural design for new client project proposals.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and paired sessions.
Design dependable state management and caching strategies for complex business data.
Collaborate with backend architects to align full-stack data contracts and security.

Possess 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep frontend mastery.
