You will create high-performing Shopify storefronts, custom Liquid templates, and merchant integrations for emerging direct-to-consumer brands.
What you'll work with.
As a Shopify Developer at TheWebVale, you will build bespoke e-commerce experiences for consumer product brands, fashion retailers, and specialty merchants. You will translate brand identities into polished storefronts with smooth cart, checkout, and inventory integrations. You will work alongside our brand strategists and UI designers to ship store updates in quick two-to-three week iterations. You will empower store owners with modular theme settings and dependable conversion-focused features.

Build custom Shopify themes and sections using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Configure product variants, filtering algorithms, and interactive cart drawers.
Integrate third-party Shopify apps for marketing, reviews, and inventory logistics.
Optimize storefront code to maximize mobile speed and pass Core Web Vitals.
Conduct usability audits and implement conversion rate optimization enhancements.
Assist merchants with product migrations, collection schemas, and domain launches.
What we look for.

Have 2–4 years of dedicated experience developing custom Shopify stores.
Exhibit deep knowledge of Liquid templating, theme architecture, and JSON templates.
Show strong frontend coding skills in vanilla JavaScript, modern CSS, and HTML5.
Understand Shopify Theme CLI, Git workflows, and deployment commands.
Demonstrate familiarity with Shopify APIs, webhooks, and App Store integrations.
Communicate project milestones clearly to non-technical store founders.
