About the role
As a Senior Product Designer at TheWebVale, you will guide the design vision across our client portfolio. You will craft experiences for complex SaaS dashboards, multi-sided platforms, and clinic operating systems, ensuring elegance, clarity, and ease of use.
You will work in close partnership with our founder, leading client discovery sessions and guiding design teammates during our two-to-three week release cadences. You will advocate for user clarity while aligning designs with rapid engineering execution.
What you will do
- Lead product design strategy and architecture across major client software initiatives.
- Facilitate client discovery workshops to define user personas, journeys, and project scopes.
- Design complex software workflows, permissions matrices, and information architectures.
- Mentor product and UI designers through regular design reviews and critique sessions.
- Oversee design system evolution, token management, and cross-platform consistency.
- Partner with engineering leads to ensure smooth design handoffs and implementation fidelity.
What you will need
- Possess 5+ years of digital product design experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Show an exceptional portfolio featuring complex software, ERPs, or SaaS products.
- Demonstrate complete mastery of Figma, component architecture, and design tokens.
- Understand software engineering constraints, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring designers.
- Present design strategies persuasively to founders, executives, and technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience designing products for healthcare, legal, or educational sectors.
- Knowledge of design operations and cross-functional handoff automation.
- Familiarity with branding, typography pairing, and visual identity systems.
