About the role
As a UI Designer at TheWebVale, you will create visually stunning screens for web applications, marketing sites, and mobile apps. You will design layouts for lifestyle brands, clinics, coaching academies, and software teams, ensuring visual consistency and elegance.
You will work in close coordination with UX designers and frontend developers throughout our two-to-three week release cycles. You will turn wireframes into pixel-perfect Figma screens with clean component hierarchies and detailed responsive states.
What you will do
- Design pixel-perfect user interfaces for web and mobile platforms in Figma.
- Establish cohesive visual systems including color palettes, typography scales, and shadows.
- Create custom iconography, vector illustrations, and interface graphic elements.
- Design comprehensive component states including default, hover, active, focus, and disabled.
- Ensure visual contrast and touch targets comply with WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- Prepare detailed design specs and assets for smooth frontend developer handoff.
What you will need
- Possess 2–4 years of experience as a visual UI designer for digital applications.
- Demonstrate exceptional mastery of Figma, auto-layout, styles, and component variants.
- Show an outstanding portfolio highlighting refined typography, spacing, and color harmony.
- Understand modern responsive web layouts and mobile platform conventions.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to visual details, alignment, and optical balance.
- Communicate visual concepts and accept creative critique with professional composure.
Nice to have
- Experience creating dark mode and light mode theme variations.
- Familiarity with design tokens and Tailwind CSS color naming conventions.
- Basic knowledge of vector illustration tools like Illustrator or vector pen in Figma.
