About the role
As a Full-Stack Engineer at TheWebVale, you will develop end-to-end features for custom ERPs, clinic management portals, and e-commerce platforms. You will create responsive user interfaces with Next.js and structure backend business logic, database queries, and secure endpoints.
You will take ownership of full product verticals during our two-to-three week release cycles. You will collaborate directly with our founder and UI designers, shipping production-ready software that clients own completely.
What you will do
- Develop end-to-end features spanning React user interfaces and Node.js APIs.
- Design database schemas and write optimized queries for PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Implement secure user authentication, role management, and session handling.
- Collaborate with product designers to review mockups and ensure UI feasibility.
- Write automated unit and integration tests across both frontend and backend code.
- Deploy application updates to cloud environments and monitor post-launch performance.
What you will need
- Hold 2–4 years of practical experience building full-stack web applications.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern CSS.
- Show practical knowledge of relational or document database architectures.
- Understand RESTful API patterns, HTTP headers, and browser security models.
- Maintain disciplined Git version control workflows and clear documentation.
- Communicate technical trade-offs constructively in a fast-paced studio environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and modern headless component libraries.
- Experience integrating payment gateways like Razorpay, Stripe, or Cashfree.
- Prior experience working in an agency, consultancy, or product studio.
