About the role
As a Webflow Developer at TheWebVale, you will create bespoke marketing websites, interactive landing pages, and CMS-driven platforms for educational institutes, lifestyle brands, and tech companies. You will combine visual craftsmanship with clean Webflow architecture.
You will work directly with our design leads and copywriters to launch websites on accelerated two-to-three week schedules. You will hand off intuitive CMS architectures so client marketing teams can manage their content independently.
What you will do
- Build responsive, production-ready websites inside Webflow from design files.
- Configure structured Webflow CMS collections, filtered lists, and category tags.
- Craft fluid micro-interactions and scroll-based animations using Webflow interactions.
- Write custom JavaScript, HTML, and CSS embeds for advanced site features.
- Audit site performance, SEO settings, open graph tags, and accessibility.
- Deliver training and clear documentation for client content editors.
What you will need
- Possess 2–4 years of experience building and launching live Webflow websites.
- Demonstrate mastery of Webflow Designer, CMS collections, and styling systems.
- Show comfort writing custom JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS overrides.
- Understand responsive design across custom desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
- Know technical SEO best practices, page speed optimization, and redirects.
- Maintain an organized workflow with clean naming conventions and class reuse.
Nice to have
- Experience with Client-First or Relume naming frameworks.
- Familiarity with Zapier or Make automations connected to Webflow forms.
- Background in graphic design or UI layout creation.
