About the role
As a Frontend Engineer at TheWebVale, you will build complex client dashboards, single-page applications, and interactive platforms for healthcare and education clients. You will write modular, maintainable TypeScript code that translates user requirements into intuitive software.
You will work in cross-functional pairs with UI designers and backend engineers under two-to-three week release cycles. You will have full ownership over client-side state management, component architecture, and runtime reliability.
What you will do
- Develop production-grade user interfaces using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Architect modular component trees and manage global application state effectively.
- Connect user interfaces to backend APIs, handling asynchronous loading and errors.
- Collaborate with UI designers to implement design specifications with fidelity.
- Write automated unit and component integration tests using Vitest or React Testing Library.
- Review pull requests from peers and contribute to internal frontend standards.
What you will need
- Hold 2–4 years of professional experience in frontend software engineering.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency with TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and React.
- Show practical understanding of state management libraries like Zustand or Redux Toolkit.
- Understand asynchronous programming, browser storage APIs, and HTTP caching.
- Practice clean code principles with Git, code linting, and automated testing.
- Communicate complex frontend concepts clearly to colleagues and founders.
Nice to have
- Experience working with TanStack Query or SWR for server-state synchronization.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and accessible component primitives.
- Prior background building SaaS administrative dashboards or analytics views.
