About the role
As a React Developer at TheWebVale, you will craft interactive user interfaces for property management tools, e-commerce applications, and legal platforms. You will focus on creating reusable component hierarchies, clean hook abstractions, and predictable data flows.
You will collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate server endpoints and ensure low-latency data rendering. Working within two-to-three week product sprints, you will ship production-ready code that clients own directly.
What you will do
- Develop interactive web interfaces using React 18, TypeScript, and modern tooling.
- Build reusable custom hooks to encapsulate complex stateful and side-effect logic.
- Implement efficient data fetching and cache invalidation with TanStack Query.
- Coordinate with backend teammates to align API request and response contracts.
- Profile component rendering cycles to prevent unnecessary re-renders and lags.
- Maintain clean component documentation and Storybook catalog entries.
What you will need
- Have 3–5 years of dedicated React development experience in production software.
- Demonstrate thorough mastery of React hooks, context patterns, and component lifecycles.
- Show strong competency in TypeScript, ES6+ JavaScript, and modern HTML/CSS.
- Understand client-side routing, code-splitting, and lazy loading strategies.
- Possess solid experience writing unit tests with Vitest or Jest.
- Collaborate constructively with designers and project stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with React Server Components or Next.js App Router.
- Familiarity with animation libraries such as Framer Motion.
- Knowledge of state machines and complex form validation libraries.
