About the role
As a Senior Frontend Engineer at TheWebVale, you will lead the client-side architecture for enterprise portals, healthcare dashboards, and SaaS applications. You will make key structural decisions that ensure our software is fast, accessible, and maintainable over years.
You will work closely with our founder, client technical leaders, and junior developers in disciplined two-to-three week release iterations. You will mentor colleagues, champion code quality, and ensure clients own clean, production-hardened repositories.
What you will do
- Architect client-side web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Establish studio frontend conventions, linting standards, and review guidelines.
- Lead technical scoping and architectural design for new client project proposals.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and paired sessions.
- Design dependable state management and caching strategies for complex business data.
- Collaborate with backend architects to align full-stack data contracts and security.
What you will need
- Possess 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep frontend mastery.
- Demonstrate extensive production experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Show a strong history of designing modular, high-scale frontend architectures.
- Exhibit deep understanding of browser performance, security, and accessibility.
- Have proven ability to mentor engineers and conduct thorough, constructive code reviews.
- Communicate architectural trade-offs persuasively with clients and team members.
Nice to have
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS dashboards or offline-capable apps.
- Familiarity with monorepos, automated testing pipelines, and design systems.
- Background speaking at developer meetups or authoring technical blog posts.
