About the role
As a Full-Stack Integrations Engineer at TheWebVale, you will build connections linking custom client portals to third-party services. You will implement payment checkouts, WhatsApp notifications, CRM data synchronizations, and accounting feeds for growing businesses.
You will collaborate with frontend designers and backend developers during our two-to-three week release cadences. You will ensure integrations are resilient against network dropouts, third-party rate limits, and format changes.
What you will do
- Build full-stack integrations connecting client software to external APIs and services.
- Implement secure payment checkouts using Razorpay, Stripe, and local payment methods.
- Configure automated customer messaging using WhatsApp Business and transactional email APIs.
- Create webhook endpoints with signature validation and exponential retry mechanisms.
- Construct responsive frontend interfaces displaying integration status and sync history.
- Document integration credentials, API endpoints, and setup guides for client teams.
What you will need
- Have 2–4 years of full-stack engineering experience with an integrations focus.
- Demonstrate proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Show practical experience integrating payment gateways and handling webhook events.
- Understand asynchronous job execution, idempotency, and error handling patterns.
- Exhibit strong troubleshooting skills when diagnosing payload discrepancies.
- Communicate integration statuses and edge cases clearly to client managers.
Nice to have
- Experience with background worker queues like BullMQ or Redis.
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or custom automation middleware.
- Knowledge of CRM APIs such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
