About the role
As an iOS Developer at TheWebVale, you will develop native iOS applications for lifestyle brands, clinics, and professional services. You will use Swift and SwiftUI to build polished interfaces that adhere to Apple Human Interface Guidelines and provide delightful experiences.
You will work in close coordination with UI designers and backend developers during our two-to-three week release iterations. You will focus on smooth interactions, clean code structure, and compliant App Store submissions.
What you will do
- Build native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and modern Xcode tooling.
- Implement responsive view layouts following Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Integrate backend REST endpoints using URLSession and modern async/await syntax.
- Configure local persistence using SwiftData or Core Data for offline functionality.
- Write unit and UI tests using XCTest to ensure application reliability.
- Manage TestFlight distribution builds and submit apps for App Store review.
What you will need
- Have 2–4 years of practical experience developing native iOS applications.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency with Swift, SwiftUI, and modern Xcode workflows.
- Understand iOS application lifecycles, memory management (ARC), and concurrency.
- Show practical experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON parsing.
- Possess familiarity with Git version control and CocoaPods or Swift Package Manager.
- Exhibit great care for fluid animations, typography, and visual polish.
Nice to have
- Experience with Combine framework or modern observation patterns in SwiftUI.
- Familiarity with UIKit integration inside SwiftUI views.
- Knowledge of iOS privacy frameworks, Push Notifications, and HealthKit.
