About the role
As a Flutter Developer at TheWebVale, you will construct multi-platform mobile applications for schools, coaching institutes, and retail businesses. You will use Dart and Flutter widgets to create custom interfaces, integrate APIs, and ensure smooth animations.
You will work in close coordination with UI designers and backend engineers during our two-to-three week release cadences. You will write clean, modular Dart code and ensure client applications maintain 60fps performance across devices.
What you will do
- Develop cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter, Dart, and modern state architectures.
- Build custom, reusable Flutter widgets that reflect client design specifications.
- Manage application state predictably using Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod.
- Connect mobile screens to backend REST services using http or Dio packages.
- Implement local storage and offline caching using Hive or SharedPreferences.
- Profile Flutter rendering to eliminate frame drops and maintain smooth animations.
What you will need
- Have 2–4 years of professional mobile development experience with Flutter.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency with the Dart programming language and OOP principles.
- Show practical expertise building responsive UIs with Flutter widget trees.
- Understand state management patterns including Bloc, Cubit, or Riverpod.
- Possess experience integrating RESTful APIs and parsing complex JSON payloads.
- Communicate project progress and technical considerations effectively to the team.
Nice to have
- Experience writing platform channels in Kotlin or Swift for native functionality.
- Familiarity with Flutter Web or desktop deployment targets.
- Knowledge of automated testing in Flutter using widget and integration tests.
